Google Adwords. A quick note.
According to Jennifer at Google, Google does not charge you for ads displayed on page 2. So, don’t use position preference.
On the Keywords page, the magnifying glass that says ‘ad not showing’ is not dynamic, it takes a few hours for changes to show up.
